Devpan’s vision is to make every stage that energy passes through — from the point where it is generated to the moment it reaches the final load — safer, more efficient and more measurable. We put this vision into practice through four principles (goal orientation, innovation, foresight and sustainable growth) and across our focus areas: solar and wind, energy storage, EV charging infrastructure and digital monitoring.

Designing the Future of Energy Today
Power distribution is no longer just about carrying current through the right cross-section; it now means measuring consumption, spotting faults before they occur and managing the system remotely. Devpan treats every switchboard it builds as part of this transformation. Our vision is to build, to international standards and with our own engineering, the switchboard and automation solutions needed by renewable power plants, energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and increasingly digital industrial facilities.
Lasting Business Partnerships
Rather than one-off sales, we aim to build a technical relationship that lasts for the entire life of the project. That is why we treat each switchboard’s documentation, spare-part traceability and future expansion margin as an integral part of the design.
Measurable Efficiency
We back energy efficiency with measurements, not claims. With analyzers, monitoring and reporting built into the switchboards, facilities can see the energy they consume, set targets and prove their improvement.
Four Principles That Guide Our Vision
Goal Orientation
We tie every investment decision to a measurable outcome: faster commissioning, lower losses, fewer faults.
Innovation
We test new topologies, materials and communication methods first in the lab, then in a pilot project.
Foresight
We read changes in grid regulations and standards early and prepare our product family in advance.
Sustainable Growth
We grow capacity without compromising quality; every new line is set up together with its own testing and documentation infrastructure.
Our Strategic Focus Areas
Our vision is not an abstract picture of the future; it is the list of areas where we direct our investment, people and product development resources.
Solar and Wind
Standardizing AC collection, protection and monitoring switchboards for solar and wind farms.
Energy Storage
Safe grid connection of battery systems and development of control architectures.
Charging Infrastructure
Load management and distribution solutions for electric vehicle charging stations.
Metering and Monitoring
Making energy analyzers, communication and SCADA integration standard features of the switchboard.
Export and Partnerships
Long-term relationships with distributors and contractors, built on experience with specifications from different countries.
Engineering Culture
An organization where young engineers learn in the field and knowledge is documented.
Commitments That Make Our Vision Concrete
- Verified design: Design verifications under IEC 61439 are carried out and recorded for every switchboard family.
- Communication-ready switchboards: In new designs, metering and communication are not an add-on option but a planned capability.
- Brand independence: Compatibility with the customer’s existing equipment base and maintenance practices takes precedence over any single-brand requirement.
- Expansion margin: Switchboards are designed with physical and electrical margin for future outgoing feeders and increased load.
- Traceability: Every switchboard is linked to the project file by its serial number; even years later, the materials used can be identified.
- Knowledge sharing: We keep our technical information pages free and accessible; as the industry’s common language grows stronger, the quality of work improves.
- Energy efficiency: Busbar cross-sections, equipment selection and metering infrastructure that reduce losses are standard design criteria.
- Environmental responsibility: We continue to separate production waste, recover copper scrap and use low-emission painting processes.
Summary
- Goal: To be a manufacturer recognized for its engineering depth and cited as a reference in switchboard technology.
- Product: A switchboard family in which metering, monitoring and communication are the standard, not the exception.
- Market: To turn export experience reaching 50 countries into lasting business partnerships.
- Technology: IEC 61439-verified design, IEC 61850-based communication and SCADA integration.
- Efficiency: To spread solutions that measure, report and reduce energy losses.
- People: To build a culture that multiplies knowledge within the company and trains young engineers in the field.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Vision
What is Devpan’s vision?
Devpan’s vision is to produce switchboard and automation solutions that make the path energy follows from generation to consumption safer, more efficient and more measurable, and to be a reference engineering company in this field.
How does your vision shape product development?
We base new product decisions on three questions: Does the solution deliver a measurable gain? Can it be verified against standards? Is it easy to maintain in the field? An idea that fails any of these three tests does not go into series production.
What do you do in renewable energy projects?
For solar and wind power plants, we engineer and manufacture AC collection switchboards, protection and metering cabinets, substation connection switchboards and site monitoring infrastructure.
Do you offer solutions for energy storage systems?
Yes. Protection, isolation and metering switchboards used to connect battery systems to the grid, and the control architectures that monitor these systems, are among our focus areas.
What does digitalization mean for switchboards?
It means the switchboard produces data as well as carrying current: consumption metering with an energy analyzer, thermal monitoring, circuit-breaker status information, and the transfer of all this to the higher-level system via Modbus TCP, IEC 61850 or OPC UA.
What is your export goal?
We want to turn our experience of shipping to 50 countries from one-off sales into lasting business partnerships. The way to do this is to meet the target country’s specifications, labeling rules and service expectations in advance.
How is your vision linked to sustainability?
Every design decision that reduces energy loss is also a sustainability decision. The right busbar cross-section, low-loss equipment and metering infrastructure also shrink a facility’s carbon footprint.
What is the difference between vision and mission?
Vision defines where we want to go; mission defines what we do today and how we do it. You can find our working principles and values on the Our Mission and Values page.
