Human Resources

Devpan’s human resources approach rests on a simple fact: a switchboard is the joint work of the disciplines that collaborate through its design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning. As we grow our team, we want to meet candidates who value engineering discipline, measurable work and a culture of occupational safety, and once they join, to support them in learning on the job.
